Art Requirements
The following are guidelines for submitting your own art files. Whenever possible, we encourage you to contact us about your project to determine artwork specifications in more detail.
T-Shirts:
- Submit each print (front, back, sleeve) as separate files
- Files should be set up at final print size
- Include pantone color matches where applicable
- For most artwork, files should be submitted as vector artwork
Flyers, Posters, and other Paper Printing:
- Submit each side (front and back) as a separate file
- Set up files to final size
- Include 1/8th” bleed and 1/8″ safety margin on all sides, within the document size (a 11″x17″ poster should be submitted as 11.25″ x 17.25″)
- When applicable outline all fonts and embed all images
- Document color mode should be CMYK
- Image quality should be 300 pixels per inch
Banners:
- Submit banners at full size, or at quarter scale
- At full size, image quality needs to be 100 pixels per inch. At quarter scale, 400 pixels per inch.
- Include 3″ margin on all sides for hems and grommets
- Outline all fonts
- Embed all images
- Document color mode should be CMYK
Sickers, Buttons, and other Promotional Artwork:
- Submit vector files, preferred in .eps format
- Include pantone color matches if applicable
- Outline all fonts
- Avoid text smaller than 10pt.
